Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

Due to the specialized and regulated nature of the products sold by Aevria Labs, all sales are final. Once an order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Aevria Labs supplies research-grade materials intended strictly for laboratory and pre-clinical research purposes. To maintain product integrity, quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance, returns and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to ordering errors, changes in research requirements, or dissatisfaction after purchase.

Limited Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Aevria Labs will review claims only if:

• An item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, or
• The customer receives an item materially different from what was listed on the original invoice

To be considered, the customer must notify Aevria Labs within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery and provide:

• The order number
• Clear photographic evidence of the shipping container and affected product
• A written description of the issue

If a claim is approved, Aevria Labs may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement of the affected item. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if replacement is not possible.

No Refunds for Handling, Storage, or Use

Aevria Labs assumes no responsibility for products that are damaged or rendered unusable due to improper handling, storage, preparation, or use after delivery. Any product that has been opened, altered, mishandled, or used in any manner is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase with Aevria Labs, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting Aevria Labs customer support constitutes a violation of this policy
• Chargebacks filed for reasons including, but not limited to, dissatisfaction, ordering error, failure to read product descriptions, or misuse of products will be formally contested

Aevria Labs reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions, including:

• Proof of purchase
• Delivery confirmation
• This Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy
• Customer acknowledgments and checkout attestations

Accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

Policy Acceptance & Terms Alignment

This Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy is incorporated by reference into the Aevria Labs Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy and all applicable terms governing the purchase and use of Aevria Labs products.
